After a long career in public service, I got serious about beer. I built the tour program at Rhinegeist Brewery in Cincinnati, where I harnessed the power of beer and history to bring people together. On moving to New Orleans, I joined the team at Urban South Brewery, where I partnered with chefs and influencers to host food pairings and classes at the brewery and around New Orleans.
I became a Certified Cicerone® in 2017, making me an authority on what goes into your beer glass, how it got there, and the best ways to serve and pair this magical liquid with food. Put me to work for your next event, or to improve your beer service program!
